What We’re Looking For:
- Skilled Chefs at all levels—Sous Chef to casual Chefs.
- Experience with Greek cuisine and cooking over fire. Bonus points, but not essential!
🗓 When:
Our current Sous Chef leaves mid to late December, but we’re eager for someone to start ASAP - ideally in the next two weeks—so we can provide full training before they step up. That said, we’re flexible on the start date for the right person - let’s chat!
